Agreed. As much as I like Olave, his concussion history is a problem. He probably should retire but if he doesn't you can't give him a long contract.

But, it does free up money for an opportunity to get a bigger WRs to pair with Shaheed. Olave and Shaheed are a bit redundant as finesse guys. Although Olave obviously can do more and run the full route tree.

Big people beat up little people. It's a philosophy we've embraced for a while, specifically under Payton since he was a Parcells disciple. Bigger WR's, bigger DLineman (i hate our new philophsy of guys being smaller on the DL) but we need to get back to that in a way. Bresee was recently quoted as saying he was looking to integrate more power into his passrush.
