When the schedules came out most us thought we'd have a losing record for this game, but not in a death spiral. I guess it being a Thursday game and Payton back for the first time, they picked this night for his induction.

So, here's to GOAT and may he channel some his magical mojo into Spencer Rattler and the team. I'll be there.

Funny enough, scooter has an article on it. Some in the organization actually petitioned to have it on a different date, because they didn't think Drew should have to share the spotlight w/ Payton. Drew however continued to push for it being Thursday, so he could still coach his kids pickleball (or maybe football) games. Obviously cooler heads prevailed, but they tried.
