...And that on-the-field prowess shows that he was good for a few years between 2000-2002, winning a SB in 2002. The 10 seasons following his SB, he has been mired in mediocracy with only 3 winning seasons and only one of those being a double digit winning season.

People fell in love with his on-air personality from MNF, but the truth is that he's a mediocre coach. Dungy, another coach that I can't stand, managed a better record at TB than Gruden.

Gruden is the very definition of a "Has Been".
