Fell and hit my head in a third world country this year. Needed stitches. I didn’t pass out but I couldn’t remember how I got there for hours. 100% my first concussion.
I've had 4, spread out over several years. My first was in 7th grade playing football on break. I didn't really notice anything wrong until I found myself in the girls bathroom and later couldn't find my locker. I was OK by the end of the day, but took a break from football for the rest of the day.
