I hadn't heard about it either. Thanks for posting. Kudos to Foote for having the compassion to do this. I guarantee that we would have heard about it if he'd been doing something wrong.

Great point and very true. You do hear the bad whether looking for it or not, it is all over the place. The people that ABSOLUTELY need to hear this are the kids that need to see that you can do good things as an athlete. As BlackReign said, maybe he doesn't want the recognition, which I respect, but the message it can send to the kids and other fans is an important one.
