I generally agree, but disagree on a couple of fine points: It's not all bad to emotionally stress young QBs, who face a lot worse things in the NFL than losing. If they can't take that type of stress, they're not NFL QB material to start with.
A good QB that can lead is more important to the team than you may think, and can rally an entire team despite a mediocre coach.
Great point. But the atmosphere for Rattler to succeed isn't there, the deck is stacked against him and he isn't set up to win. He may want to win but the veteran players around him have had enough and want the coach fired.
