When they say that Vegas got hammered last week, so watch out when betting, are they saying that lines are being bent more in favor of the house? What are they meaning?

Public had a good week and it might go the houses way this week. Usually dogs and unders as public loves favorites and overs.

I only had nebraska +190 and UGA +170 yesterday. Forgot to post.
