Seems to me that if more than three minutes is needed, I question why they’re dropping the person off in the departures line at the airport.

“My feelings for you are intense! But I ain’t parking and walking you in.”


It doesn’t say it’s a crime - I’m sure it’s a “move along now!” penalty.
