It is more than evident that it needs to be stripped to the studs and a (forbidden word) *rebuild* needs to happen. We have seen, and can reasonably project, the ceiling of this team. 8/9 wins, just missing the playoffs, and a mid-round pick while Loomis keeps telling us it's all fine and DA keeps doin' what he's doin'.

This will never change without a hard reset and finally keeping Loomis' fingers out of it. I'm dreaming though - this franchise will continue with the definition of insanity.

That ceiling is more about DA than anything. The right coach can get this team to 10 or 11 wins even though it has the talent of an 8 or 9 win team.

But, if the talent is 8 or 9 wins why would you want to tear that down instead of building on the foundation you have. Certainly Cam Jordan needs to go and you don't sing Kamara to a huge long deal and you probably trade Lattimore, but you also keep guys like Fuaga, Penning, Olave, Shaheed, Breese, McCoy, Ruiz, Means, Granderson, and Taylor. And you pretty much so have to keep Carr for at least another year due to the cap implications if nothing else.
