In short, a coach that identifies and understands his players strengths, puts them in positions to accentuate and attempt to minimize exposure to weaknesses.

Imagine that.

Of course, there are teammates that garner attention from defense too, (Morata up top) that we don't have yet. Hopefully we find our striker who can garner that type of attention to open things up.
