Lol it's an inside joke
There is a X user, @squatsons...an American who is Russian sympathizer. Anyway, a year or so ago, someone posted a video of a T 80 getting blown up on a mine and CLEARLY no one survived.
He posted a day later same video but said his "source" in RuAF said "the crew lived"
So now when you see that phrase, now you know why. Lol
