That's why Loomis has to be removed from his GM position. Make Loomis' seat too hot to sit in, and get a new GM. The HC will be collateral damage...a 2-fer-1. Not sure I want Loomis picking the next HC. Loomis doesn't have personnel skills, he has accounting skills. I want a PERSONNEL guy picking Saints players. Loomis caught lightning in a bottle with CSP, and lightning rarely (if ever) strikes the same place twice, especially if there's no "rod" to attract the lightning.
When Loomis hasn't done what has been needed to be done, and only offering platitudes as to why he hasn't, then Loomis is failing to do his job as much as DA is failing at the HC job. Since DA isn't doing his job; and Loomis isn't doing his job; someone above Loomis needs to do THEIR job. FIRE LOOMIS!
