Roll the dice on an offensive focused first timer from an established staff. It is not easy to find a Head Coach, but I am not a fan of bringing in old guys with aging philosophies and also may suffer from "generational gap" with the younger guys in the league.
The best Head Coach in Saints history was an offensive focused first timer from an established staff.
There are no guarantees the next Head Coach will be an upgrade, but it would mean finally going into the unknown with a chance at a better future. We all know DA ain't the guy. Personally I don't think anyone on this staff is the guy. Hit the reset button and make sure the new HC knows he gets at least 3 years, with the first 2 being "freebies" to rebuild the roster because this team is not 1 or 2 players away from being a real contender.
