I don't know what the Colts were thinking drafting him that high. He was terrible at Florida. All he could do was run. He showed no hope of being able to develop as a passer. That's a mid-round flyer that you hope you can teach to throw and if not use as a Wildcat QB. That's not a top 5 or even a 1st round pick. But teams always reach for QBs.
