Would You Trade our 1st and 3rd to Insure that we Get Dorsey or Ellis? If Not What would You Do?

In a hypothetical world, I'd rather trade down picking up a third. In a perfect world, Ellis falling and Cason being available in the second or drafting Cromartie and Laws/Lofton being available in the second.
