Should have kept Jameis

The disregarding the salary cap experiment is over. Jameis isn't really an upgrade, but I do agree we should have kept him and cleaned up our finances after year one of Dennis Allen. Now we're going to be damn near 80 million over for next year with no real plan to turn this around. To complicate matters, Loomis has a life time contract and we're still kicking the can down the road. Doesn't look good at all. A 3 year rebuild that we could have been coming out of next year is now looking about 5 years or more.
