Honestly, this is really why I made the poll. I just thought it'd be interesting to hear the different regional responses.
There is also something called a ham boat but that is toasted. Now, I have fond, fond memories of eating my beloved ham boats and subs in PA; but I do love me a muffaletta and it's kinda similar to a sub. No way could I have included that as a choice in my poll, though.
