I'll go one step farther. At a quick glance of the standings, no team that has had a starting QB miss time (injury or performance) has more than two wins on the season.

Dolphins, Patriots, Titans, Browns, Raiders, Saints and Panthers.

Edit to add that the Packers lost Jordan Love for a couple of games and were able to go 2-0 with Malik Willis which is pretty impressive. They are an example of good, young depth and Matt LaFleur has done a great job there. Indy is another example of being able to stay at .500 with some QB issues.
