I think Rattler has more "it" quality than Haener and he has a year less experience than Haener.

I think Haener can be a quality backup QB but even if he can be a top 20 QB, that isn't really enough for the long term. Long term to really compete for Championships in the NFL you really need a top 5 QB. You might get by with a top 10 guy if you have a great defense and great playmakers, the truly elite teams have a top 5 QB that elevates everyone around them.
