Colts QB Anthony Richardson benched after pulling himself out of the game [Colts HC announces Richardson is the starting QB again]

I mean, I like Mike Tomlin a lot and I think he's a great coach, but I wouldn't site him as the example of how to handle the QB position. They haven't had a good QB other than Roethlisberger and even he wasn't good for several years before he retired. And since he retired Tomlin has settled for Pickett, Fields, Trubrisky, Rudolph, and Wilson.
I think he's handling it great. Can't blame a coach for not finding hall of famer after hall of famer, but he's evaluating QB's on their merit and turning these guys over quickly to find the right one without wasting time and/or giving out massive contracts. It's early but they might have finally struck gold with Wilson if he keeps playing like the last two games
