Kendre Miller’s conditioning

I've had three sports related surgeries from powerlifting- torn triceps tendon, torn elbow tendon, and most recently in Feb., hernia surgery.

Somehow I managed to stay in shape while rehabbing my injuries. I did a ton of cardio and light lifting with each injury when doc cleared me.

It can be done. You just have to want to do it and do it the correct way.
Exactly, some people just don't get it. Also, kudos to you for busting your butt
