Shanny's system does not require studs at every position along the OL It's what the wide zone is based on. Williams is the only very good OL on the team. Look at Denver's teams when Papa Shanny and Papa Kubiak were running them, not great OL and they made just average RB's into stars.
The only thing I don't like about firing DA is we would probably lose KK. If we hire an O HC he's be his own OC. I think the 1st 2 games have shown KK can be a very good OC when most of his O players are healthy
