Jeff Duncan: Saints problems go beyond the coach or QB [MOD EDIT]

The team (not including the players) deserve all the negative press and bashing that they get.

I myself for the first time am truly upset at this team. I feel until recently, this team has always done anything it can to win.

If they don't make changes this off-season, then I know the Saints no longer care about winning and care about DA, LOOMIS and his management team.
As someone who went to my first Saints game at age 8, I think the Saints have regressed to their historical norm of /not/ doing what good organizations do to win.

It looks like the aberration was having Sean Payton in the building from 2006 to 2011 and 2013-21.

I'm sure he wasn't the easiest person to work with, but sometimes it takes a difficult personality to get individuals to focus on the details necessary to accomplish something big.
