Do you notice something, they don't look the same. That photo of supposedly N Korean troops look like they are Yakuts to me. Yakuts are a northern Siberia native people.

When I was on the Bering sea between Siberia and Alaska I met and spoke with some Yakuts. They kind of look like Koreans, (who are also a Siberian group), however they are from a different language group. They're body builds are a bit different.

Basically Koreans are a bit thinner as a general rule, Yakuts are a bit taller and carry more weight on their face.
