Nascar ruling about Bell partially riding the wall the last lap while ignoring the blatant collusion to protect Byron's spot is a sham. Penalize both or don't.
Yeah, that was wild that the 3 and the 1 were clearly acting as a Chevy escort to the 24 - and the announcers never said a thing about it, it was obvious.
But I'm not sure that what the Chevys did is a clear penalty, but riding the wall is. Plus, the 23 just basically stopped.
