I'm just not sure you can get rid of whatever led to the lack of attention to detail, lack of accountability, and lack of execution that went on with DA without getting an entirely new staff.

I completely agree. We need new faces in all of those offices, training rooms, etc. Maybe keep the equipment guys because they really run the show around most teams. Although even those guys mismatched some of the gold colors this year for a few players.
