It's about his ability to get guys to buy in, play hard for him until the very last second, and rally around him in these last few games. If there's one thing that I appreciated from a guy like Campbell is his ability to get his team to rally around him and play hard for him no matter the circumstances. (His 3-13 season)

It's about the process now rather than the results. If he can showcase the ability to lead and get his guys to really believe in him, I think he'll be a good candidate going into the off-season.
