You can tell who watched that Hard Knocks season and who hasn't. I wish we'd have been able to keep Dan. He learned everything he should've from Sean and brought those touches to his own coaching style. After watching him on Hard Knocks, I can totally see why those guys in Detroit are willing to run through a brick wall for him; and kudos to the Ford family for trusting the process and being patient with him.

We're headed for that sort of reckoning with our roster over the next two years.
