Saints trade Marshon Lattimore to the Commanders

If Washington improves because they have Lattimore then they won. The one thing that hurts Washington on this trade is Lattimore's ability to stay on the field, although I question Latt's effort and want to be on the field the last couple of years. I'm not sure he ever bought into what DA was trying to sell and sometimes that can manifest in injury or lack of detail.

All and all if I am the Saints front office I'd feel pretty good about what they got. Lattimore was an aging, oft-injured player that was likely to be gone next year regardless. You get a couple good picks for him and also clear room for guys like Taylor and Kool-aid to get more experience.
