Sources: Dennis Allen’s recent mishandling of Kendre Miller’s injury created internal frustration, Miller currently healthy but can’t play

The guy gets injured on the first day of camp and doesn't get on the field until well into the season and THEN almost immediately gets hurt again. Out of all the things Allen was not impressive at, I don't blame him for anything regarding Miller. That is some serious passing the buck/making excuses on Miller's behalf.

I mean, we all think DA was a bad head coach and bad at creating relationships with and motivating players. It's entirely possible that DA either didn't understand how to motivate Miller or just didn't like him and didn't even try. That, of course, is in addition to what we already know about the lack of mandatory warm-ups which could have easily lead to some of Miller's issues. And who knows what other things DA was doing that contributed to the injury problems for Miller and many other players?

What it comes down to is when you see Miller on the field you can tell he has a huge amount of talent and produces when given a chance. DA needed to figure out a way to get him healthy and motivate him and he didn't do it.
