Sources: Dennis Allen’s recent mishandling of Kendre Miller’s injury created internal frustration, Miller currently healthy but can’t play

The problem isn't whether or not Allen trusted Miller. The problem is he went over his staff's head and IR'd him when they felt he should be available soon and wanted to have him available. That is awful leadership on his part.
