IDK, but DA has been growing increasingly frustrated w/ Kendre since Day 1 of TC. I remember how much people on the board applauded him for being uber critical at the time. Thought it was him having an Alpha moment. W/ that being said, I can see that irritation (especially him feeling he can help him win) boiling over and leading to him IR'ing him out of that cloud of frustration.

I would agree that he may have been higher on the list of IR candidates due to irritation, but someone had to be moved off the roster either way. Mims ended up being out only other healthy RB that day if you don’t include Hill (since he lines up everywhere).

The other IR options were Lattimore, McKinstry, Payton, Williams, or Ridgeway. The first three weren’t likely given we signed/elevated four DB’s for the Panthers game, we were already in a big enough hole to not dig a bigger one with a CB on IR. Williams was an expensive IR option and is practicing this week (probably better at pass pro as well), and Ridgeway has been one of our better interior defenders on a team getting gashed by the run.
