Elon Musk makes $43 Billion offer for private buyout of Twitter

yes, but most people don't want to take the time to have to jump through hoops to fix their feed. they'll simply just move on back to Facebook. Its very simpe to cater your Facebook. I can click Feeds>Friends and all i'll see is posts from Friends (with ads sprinkled in) or Fees>Groups and i'll only see posts from the groups i'm in.

Threads is the best alternative to Twitter/X that I have seen. It functions very similarly and is similar in concept. Facebook still is a different kind of platform.

For example, still most of my interaction on Facebook is with friends and family, and some with groups im in, but not many. Whereas on Twitter or Threads, it’s totally irrelevant (or even undesirable) if I know the people I’m interacting with – or the stuff I’m engaging with.
