I feel the same way.....

I understand the notion that some teams are more attractive to others, but it's fairly rare that a team looking for a new HC is an immediately ideal situation for a new HC.....

Plus, as I've been saying since the end of DA year 1, you can't find the next great HC if you aren't even looking for him, at least we will be looking now....
