But i believe it’s that simple to turn it around the lockeroom mentality and get the guys thinking your way. Of course Rizzi would have to BE that person and follow up meticulously with each player 24/7. Rizzi says he wants to be a HC, so let’s see.
As a motivator, I think that Rizzi would be great and I think he has what you need in the attention to detail. My concerns with him are that he's never been an OC or DC and how much does he know about that side of the ball?
I think that with Rizzi as HC he will need a very good strong OC AND DC to be successful. Also we don't know what kind of talent evaluator he is
