Rizzi reminds me a lot of Dan Campbell. And TBH I am very curious to see how the rest of the coaches go with new leadership. On paper, we have quite a good coaching staff and having a different voice at the top might be all it takes to right this ship.
Throw in a good draft adding depth on OL, WR and a starter on DL and this team might be looking pretty decent next year.
I know people will disagree with me, but the greatest Head Coach in NFL history to date got his start on Special Teams.
