If the players buy into Rizzi..
Let's see what he can do with the remaining schedule. It isn't a difficult one. There isn't a single team left on it that is "scary good."
Three really bad teams in the Browns, GiAnts, and Raiduhs; and four mediocre teams in the Rams, Packers, Commanders, and Bucs.
I don't look at any of those games as "can't win," but I would consider beating the Packers and Bucs as significant wins that show signs that Rizz knows what he's doing and team is responding to him. If they win one of those two games (and all but one of the others), he should be approached as a serious candidate, but certainly doesn't make him the odds on favourite.
Personally, I'd love to see us get Aaron Glenn, but I don't know if he even wants to leave Detroit for a head gig yet.
