A part of me wants to move on and start from scratch, but I also love his tenacity and excitement on the sideline. I wont be upset either way, unless we go back to the BS style of Allen. I think the players love seeing their coach get hype just as much as the fans do. My worry is DA tarnished any real chance Rizz might have had as our HC.

Well that didn't take long. I posted after the hire that we need to be careful of anointing an interim coach if they go say 3-5 or even 6-2. See Antonio Pierce for the Raiders. He went permanent after a nice run towards the end of last year. How's that working out? People get excited because of the passion and desire. Don't be blinded.

My question is why hasn't Rizzi been given a shot before now? 32 years in coaching and he hasn't sniffed a HC job. My guess is there is a reason.

I'm super happy we won yesterday and more important the fire that Rizzi brought to this team.

I'd still look for a young, aggressive OC that could be on the rise.
