Derek Carr is still top ten in QBR this season per ESPN

The Carr hate is certainly over the to and 63% overblown
However his short/mid ball accuracy is still confounding and his comfort zone/pocket discipline seems out of whack (understandably- our Oline has gotten him crushed too many times)
But if a defender gets within 5 yards of him, I can hear his heart start pounding through my tv
