Yes, but there are times when there is room to step up in the pocket and he doesn't and there are other times that there is room to run and he doesn't. Carr is a solid starting QB that throws a great deep ball. But, he's also streaky and as Guido said his short and intermediate accuracy isn't great. He's also not great under pressure and that's usually what separated solid from good to great QBs. He's good player, but he's not without flaws and he's at a level where you would like to find an upgrade. You can win with Carr at QB, but you have to have a very good team around him.
