Derek Carr is still top ten in QBR this season per ESPN

Some kinda way, non-elite became equated hate and a terrible HC. After 10 + years, we all know who Carr is, but I personally would like us to have an elite QB because the goal should always be to win a championship.

So does everyone else in the NFL. But there aren't 32 elite QBs to be had.
