I enjoy this genre and really enjoyed the series. Was hesitant with JK as Ryan, but he pulled it off.

Movies were always good too. Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, Sum of all Fears, Clear and Present Danger and Jack Ryan Shadow Recruit.

I liked all the movies, particularly Hunt for Red October which I have watched too many times to count. But I do think JK as Ryan is what kind of kept me away from this series. I just couldn't get the image of Jim as Jack Ryan out of my mind.
