I guess I don't really see why a larger market would matter to a head coach. Most of their money comes from their contracts outside of the very few like Andy Reid who get national endorsement deals. And it's not like Reid is really in a big market.
I suspect Daboll taking the Giants job that fast had more to do with the reputation of the Mara family as good owners more than anything else.
