I have really nothing against him but the potential for a circus is something this team doesn’t need when the payoff isn’t there to me at least.
He is not near the level of some past QB prospects to mitigate or eliminate those flaws.
The saints have still fairly limited resources and a QB is just not there right now when there are so many other needs to address and you’ve taken two QBs recently to try to develop. We cannot afford a (very) risky QB pick in the top 10.
All of this and I don’t even begin with the whole deal that Deion would NEVER allow his son to be a saint. The saints like it or not will not take that risk either.
