One of the biggest flaws I see on the Offensive side of the ball

We have 2 young QB prospects in the most QB friendly systems in the league. Talent evaluation on the O side is not a real problem except maybe Saldiveri . Since 2020 we have only had 5 offensive picks in the 1st 3 rnds. Fuaga . Olave . Penning,Miller and Ruiz . Which one of those are bad picks?
