Taysom Hill is amazing: 206 offensive yards & 3 rushing TDs vs the Browns

He appears to be the engine of this offense. I don’t even know if we win either of the last two games without him.

When Hill is healthy (full games plus the first half of the Falcons game), we average 7.4 points/quarter and 100.8 yards/quarter. Without him, we average 3.8 points/quarter and 66.7 yards/quarter. That translates to the below:

With Hill: 29.7 ppg and 403 yards/game
Without Hill: 15.3 ppg and 267 yards/game

From an exciting offense to an unwatchable one depending on whether he is on the field.

Man how long have we been saying this? When Taysom touches the ball, great things happen. Almost always a positive play.

We should have BEEN featuring him like this. Obviously health is something we have to keep in mind, but it’s really kind of crazy that after all this time, considering all the games he HAS been fully healthy, that for the first time we decided to say “Hey, we need to feature this guy.”

So many times Hill would come in and do great things, even lead us to a score after struggling offensively, then it’s like our coaches would forget about him the rest of the game. Finally we have a coach that isn’t letting that odd thing happen anymore.

I don’t think it’s an overstatement to say that the guy has superstar ability…feed him!
