I think that Carr's issue here was he was presented as a solution to a problem when truth is, that position was the very least of our issues. That came with the fanfare and, at the time, a contract that many weren't feeling. Then the onfield and behind the scenes stuff. It's just been craziness with Carr, if we are being honest.
I don’t disagree. He could’ve developed into a much better qb, but that’s the case for a lot of players. Would Pat Mahommes be the same qb he is now if he played under one of the scrub coaches?
He is about as hot and cold as Andrew Luck was, but "for reasons," they are seen differently. If he was drafted to the Titans instead of the Bucs, he would probably be seen as one of the best in the league now, because that was a better fit (and actually OK on defense)
