I don't see why not, he is already doing it in college, the guy plays the entire game and if he is not a WR1 then he can definitely be used as a WR3 to spell him more. He is such a special player.
Because NFL scouts think he's a CB, not a WR. He might get some snaps at WR, but it's not likely going to be a lot. Probably a few more than Deion got at WR in the NFL.
