Is Head Coaching a full-time job?

Ha. I remember when Steve Spurrier got drummed out of the NFL because he wouldn't put in the time required to be a winner in the league, but you won't hear the ego admit that now.

Personally I'm hesitant when any head coach calls plays. It makes me wonder what not getting done.
