Prefer type of coach? An offensive, A defensive, or a middle guy?

Recent hirings from 2020-2022, half of them have already been fired. It's been a rough go for the defensive guys outside of Bowles. I think it's fair to say that teams have struggled to find the right guy no matter what their background is.:

2020
Joe Judge, Special Teams - fired
Kevin Stefanski, OC - two time coach of the year, Watson's contract is an albatross
Matt Rhule, College HC, fired
Ron Rivera, HC with defensive background - fired
Mike McCarthy, HC with offensive background - looks like he's going to be fired

2021
Nick Sirianni, OC - winning a lot of games
Brandon Staley, DC - fired
Arthur Smith, OC - fired
Robert Saleh, DC - fired
Urban Meyer, College HC - fired
David Culley, Offensive Assistant - fired
Dan Campbell, Offensive Assistant - winning a lot of games

2022
Mike McDaniel, OC - started well, having a rough year
Kevin O'Connell, OC - winning a lot of games
Brian Daboll, OC - started well, seems to be unraveling
Doug Pederson, HC with offensive background - dead man walking
Todd Bowles, HC/DC - winning divisions
Josh McDaniels, HC/OC - fired
Matt Eberflus, DC - hot seat
Dennis Allen, DC - fired
Lovie Smith, HC with Defensive Background - fired
Nathaniel Hackett, OC - fired

I think we don’t just want a coach that won’t get fired. We want one that will win the Super Bowl. Who is doing that? Other than BB with Brady it’s been offense lately.
